Protect All Spongepak Samples

We have been participating in a program with the Good Sam Club. They mail out samples to some of their members for evaluation. Then we get forms with their comments about our sample. The vast majority of comments are positive, but, unfortunately, we aren't allowed to respond to the negative comments.

So, to respond to those Good Sam'ers comments, these are SAMPLES folks! Most of the comments concern the packaging and the sponge applicator. These are one-time, one-use, disposable samples people. That Spongepak is not the package you are going to buy in the store. The product comes in aerosol cans, pump spray bottles and larger refills.
